The fully equipped kitchen offers everything expected of a high-end rental, including quality appliances, premium cookware, and a Nespresso machine for relaxed mornings at home. The living room is both stylish and comfortable, featuring generous seating and a large Smart TV with satellite channels, perfect for unwinding after a day out. Overlooking the living area, guests will find a pool table, adding a fun and social touch to the space. The property also features a dedicated dining area with seating for eight, ideal for shared meals, as well as a separate laundry room equipped with both a washing machine and tumble dryer for added convenience. The property offers five en-suite bedrooms in total, with the master suite occupying the entire upper floor. This elegant space enjoys stunning views of La Concha mountain and features a private en-suite bathroom complete with a bathtub. The remaining four bedrooms are similar in size, newly decorated in warm, neutral tones that create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The whole garden area enjoys sun throughout the majority of the day, and has beautiful views of La Concha. Although the villa has been built with large windows that provide natural ventilation, all bedrooms and main rooms have access to A/C (hot and cold), as well as underfloor heating. There is strong fibre optic WIFI provided, with several boosters located around the property, ensuring that you stay connected inside and outside the villa. *Please be aware that there is a 400€/week charge if you would like the pool heated.
